Culture, Music, Things That Bring Joy

Now Listening: Praiz

I like Iyanya, but I love Praiz. I know I shouldn’t compare them, but ever since I found out that they were discovered on the same talent show, and Iyanya won, I can’t help but compare them. While Iyanya is great for dancing and parties, Praiz is great for just listening to, and for some reason that is unknown to me, Praiz hasn’t blown up. His R&B style, his john legend voice, his muscles and those killer high notes, are just some reasons why in my opinion, he shouldn’t be ignored.

the note at 3:23 always gets to me.

so much fun in this song, for people who grew up in Nigeria, I’m sure it brings back memories of childhood.

I’m in love
